This is an exciting new product – a chocolate which is not!
The freshly roasted coffee beans are finely ground in a special process, mixed with milk powder, sugar and cocoa butter and stirred for several hours, similar to the process of chocolate making, until a perfect texture is obtained. Likewise, the finished mass must be tempered so that the finished product has a perfect crystallization and melting.
These coffee bean shaped drops are made from the best coffee beans from Colombia.
Harmonious, exceptional complexity with a touch of acidity and a floral-aromatic nuance. Notes of vanilla, pepper, bergamot and honey round out this product.
